Your conference pass grants you access to all activities from September 17 to 19, 2024. This includes entry to the general sessions, breakout sessions, expo hall, and hands-on demos. You'll also be invited to the welcome reception. Breakfast, lunch, and access to the closing party are all included.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@appdirect.com. For a full refund of the event registration fees, we must receive your cancellation notification by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 10, 2024. For cancellation notifications received between 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, August 11, 2024, and 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 23, 2024, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total event registration fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday, August 24, 2024. Requests to substitute a participant will be processed free of charge if submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 23, 2024. Substitution requests after this date will be subject to a USD $100 transaction fee.

Yes, AppDirect has reserved a block of rooms at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. The group rate is USD $345 +tax per night. You will have the opportunity to book your room during the registration within the hotel section. Inventory is limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and our discounted rate is available until Friday, August 24, 2024.

If you don't check in to your hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation. The hotel can choose to not reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged a penalty equivalent to the cost of one night's room plus tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel chooses to reinstate your reservation.

No. All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
