Accelerate Sales with AppDirect’s New Native Salesforce Integration

Salesforce is the most widely used CRM solution in the world, including by many of AppDirect’s customers. That’s why we are excited to announce that AppDirect now offers a native integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud. With our new connector, AppDirect customers can integrate AppDirect into their existing business architecture, allowing sales agents to use their preferred CRM of record while accelerating sales and growing revenue.

Here’s a quick overview of how it works. The new connector allows users to create records, such as accounts and opportunities, in Salesforce Sales Cloud which will automatically create companies and opportunities, respectively, in AppDirect. If a user is a sales agent, they can easily pipe account and contact information to and from Salesforce and place orders in the AppDirect Marketplace without leaving their Salesforce dashboard. They can also use single sign-on (SSO) to punch out to AppDirect's advanced configure, price, quote (CPQ) capabilities to close deals quickly. If a user is a Salesforce administrator, the AppDirect connector allows them to configure the connector, map standard and custom fields, and handle errors directly in Salesforce.

The integration is ideal for mutual customers who need to sync account information across Salesforce and AppDirect—for example, companies that employ self-serve account signups—or users whose sales teams prefer to work within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
