As you may have read in our recent press release, AppDirect has acquired ADCom Solutions' Network Operations Center (NOC) and VEEUE platform. Below you'll find some frequently asked questions about this announcement.

Who is ADCom Solutions?

ADCom Solutions provides managed network and infrastructure services, a monitoring platform, field services, carrier services, and other management and monitoring solutions to businesses. Its advanced NOC enables organizations to focus on their core competencies while ensuring that their network operations are managed by experienced professionals, leading to improved network performance, reduced downtime, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Why is a NOC important?

Businesses today have security, reliability, and performance top of mind as they continue to try and accelerate business post-pandemic. Downtime, data loss, and security breaches can cause a serious impact to a business of any size.

The AppDirect managed infrastructure and network services monitors network performance, circuits, and service degradation. Our high-touch incident management resolves network issues quickly and efficiently, allowing advisors to ensure that their customer base has the services that perform with the uptime and effectiveness they require.

Why has AppDirect acquired ADCom?

The addition of ADCom Solutions' NOC and VEEUE platform to our diverse catalog further differentiates AppDirect in the market and gives our advisors access to a new managed services portfolio, providing them with the solutions they need to thrive in a changing business landscape This acquisition will equip AppDirect with a 1st party product of managed network & infrastructure services that will only be sold through the channel.

What does this mean for me as an AppDirect Advisor?

AppDirect technology advisors will now have access to managed services and other management and monitoring solutions that can be bundled with their existing network and connectivity solutions. This is an ideal solution for mid-sized MSP’s who are looking to layer their own managed services on top of the VEEUE platform. For all Advisors, it provides additional value to offer their end customer, increased share of wallet and customer stockiness.

When and how can I start selling NOC and managed services?

Effective August 1st, 2023, the ADCom products and operational teams will be integrated under the AppDirect brand. Over the following 30-60 days, AppDirect will launch a rebranded managed services portfolio to all of our existing channel networks. You can expect official announcements in the coming weeks and months.

As an ADCom Solutions Partner or Customer, how and when will I be notified of upcoming changes?

As we work through the integration process, we will ensure that we proactively communicate any changes. Business will continue as usual and there should be no immediate impact, if there are any new contacts that need to be introduced to offer you further support, we will make every effort to communicate well in advance and ensure that your feedback is a part of that process.

Will the ADCom Solutions brand continue to be used?

The intent will be to fully integrate the ADCom Solutions brand under AppDirect, however this will be a gradual transition. We will communicate any and all relevant changes to you througohut this process.

When will ADCom be integrated into AppDirect?

Effective August 1st, 2023, the ADCom products and operational teams will be integrated under the AppDirect brand. Over the following 30-60 days, AppDirect will announce the availability and processes around the managed services portfolio to all of our existing channel networks.
