AppDirect names Chris Shubert Vice President of Channel Sales at AppSmart

AppDirect is delighted to announce that Christopher Shubert has been named Vice President of Channel Sales for AppSmart. Chris has deep knowledge and a keen appreciation of the channel partner ecosystem, with more than two decades of experience working with partners and advisors to solve their customers’ IT and business problems. His specialties include cloud services, IT security, mobility, and unified communications.

“Christopher is an expert in the channel partner ecosystem and we’re proud to promote him as our Vice President of Channel Sales for AppSmart,” said Renee Bergeron, Senior Vice President and General Manager for AppSmart. “His enthusiasm for helping customers meet their company objectives through transformative technologies is unmatched, and his experience serving the channel will be a tremendous asset as the new leader of U.S. channel sales for AppSmart.”

Since joining AppSmart three years ago, Christopher has held multiple roles including—most recently—Regional Vice President of Channel Sales, South Region, and positions as Vice President with the AppSmart companies Microcorp and CNSG.

“I’ve spent the majority of my career serving the channel industry, and this new role fulfills my long-standing passion for delivering the best possible experience for our partners and customers,” said Christopher Shubert. “The channel ecosystem is constantly evolving and I look forward to helping internal and external partners create, evolve, and complete their digital transformation plans.”
