AppHelp Talks Onboarding for SaaS in AppDirect Webinar Series

OCT 24, 2016 – MONTREAL – As part 3 of AppDirect’s  4 part webinar series “Building Blocks of SaaS GTM“, AppHelp Head of Learning & Development, Theda Howson teamed up with Christophe Girault, AppDirect Global Customer Success Evangelist, to discuss how onboarding can help channel partners increase adoption of SaaS by ensuring that when businesses move to a new cloud service they are setup for success. One of the big challenges for telcos transitioning to a CSP model is many don’t have the expertise and infrastructure required to deliver a holistic customer experience. Selling solutions requires building up an expert cloud app support team that can keep pace with the ever-widening list of SaaS products and technology.

Part 3 of the webinar series looks at the different models for deploying a cloud onboarding program and the capabilities needed to build, train and maintain a support team looking at how AppHelp has managed to build a successful agent onboarding experience that meets the ever changing needs of the business and learning.

The 2 previous webinars tackled parts 1 to 6 of the 12 building blocks of a winning SaaS go to market strategy, covering the stages of Reach (driving demand) and Convert (closing the sale).

The next and final webinar in the series will take place on Thursday, November 10th and will explore how to retain and expand customer usage by leveraging expert tech support, customer lifecycle management and developing a superior upsell and cross-sell strategy.
