AppCarousel is now the AppDevices division of AppDirect

Since AppCarousel’s acquisition where we joined the AppDirect family in 2015, we have continued to provide app management and monetization capabilities to the connected vehicle and Internet of Things markets while at the same time we have been working on aligning our business more closely with AppDirect.

AppCarousel has now become the AppDevices division of AppDirect, providing class-leading end-to-end app and device management solutions. The cloud management platform enables a seamless, integrated solution to securely distribute, update, control and monetize any kind of software or digital asset over the air for connected devices. Although we have a “business as usual” approach for the connect car and IoT markets, through this integration we have access to AppDirect’s product suite to help provide our customers with broader solutions. Additionally, as part of this integration, the AppDevices team will support AppDirect in providing a more unified and expanded cloud service platform that includes new capabilities in areas such as Internet of Things (IoT) and mobile, and includes a new product called MyApps Mobile.
