1. Cookies

Cookies are information files that our websites place on your device to provide extended functionality and to personalize your experience. We use cookies for a number of purposes.

For instance, we generally rely on session cookies to record registration and session information, to enable you to access and use our secure websites and services. We use persistent cookies to provide you with our software (pre-configured based on your account profile), to record your website personalization information, including saving your login credentials on your device, as well as to access certain features of our software.

We also use cookies to develop information about your website preferences and interests, and to record your past activity on our websites in order to provide a better experience when you return, as well as to customize website content based on information that you provide to us.

You may disable cookies on your device by adjusting the preferences or the options of your web browser. However, it is possible that some parts of our websites, software and/or services may not operate correctly if you choose to do so.

If you wish to learn more about cookies, or for guidance on how to disable them, please refer to Please note that this site is operated by an independent third party, and we provide this reference for your convenience only. AppHelp does not endorse, approve or make any representations or warranties whatsoever as to its content.

2. Web Beacons

We and some of our partners employ web beacons, a technology which enables us to better manage our website content by informing us what content is effective. Web beacons are small graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the navigation pattern of website visitors, such as the frequency of accesses by a visitor of various parts of our website. Such information is generally sent to us by your web browser, and includes your operating system, hardware configuration, browser type, referrer data that identifies the web page visited prior and subsequent to visiting our website, and your IP address. We may also use them to determine what technology is compatible with your web browser in order to serve you the most appropriate version of our website. While web beacons do not contain any Personal Information, some of our partners may associate the information gathered by these web beacons to your account.

In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a visitor’s device, web beacons are embedded invisibly in websites. You can disable web beacons by disabling JavaScript in your web browser settings. However, if you do so, you may not be able to use some of the features on our websites, software or services.

3. Updates Because we are continuously updating the content of our websites and implement changes to our technologies, software and services, our use of cookies and web beacons may change. As a result we may update this document to reflect such changes from time to time, without prior notice. The most current version of this document is available at The revised terms will take effect when they are made available on our website.
