Before the pandemic, 90% of our workforce operated from the office. The global health crisis pushed us to evolve rapidly, and today, over 50% of our employees work remotely. Through data-driven decisions and weekly updates, we kept everyone informed and supported throughout the pandemic.

We recognized the strain this could all have on our employees and their families. As a result, our focus on individual well-being was at the center of every decision, ensuring continuous support through a period of massive change and uncertainty.

While the pandemic is fortunately in the past, we continue to lean on this mission as we navigate to the new normal, remaining dedicated to our evolving employee base and fostering a thriving work environment.

We are a global organization with teams and projects spanning multiple countries. Despite the distances and time zones, we emphasize the importance of staying connected and maintaining a work-life rhythm that fits each individual's needs. We are mindful of scheduling any global meeting to ensure everyone can participate, regardless of their location.

Our approach supports and enables both virtual and in-person experiences, strengthening the bonds within our global community. We encourage employees to "Be Seen. The Office Experience.

At AppDirect, our office spaces are designed to foster effective collaboration and creativity. With open spaces, dedicated meeting rooms, and adaptable work areas, employees can choose the environment that best suits their tasks. Regular team-building activities, such as happy hours and lunch and learns, help cultivate a sense of camaraderie and community among team members, enhancing their personal and professional relationships.

We also prioritize employee wellness and provide continuous learning opportunities through workshops and guest speaker sessions. While we mandate at least one day a week on Wednesdays in the office for any office-based employee to maintain strong team connections, our hybrid work model ensures that remote employees can seamlessly participate in in-office activities through videos and cutting-edge collaborative tools. By balancing productivity and personal well-being, our office experience supports the growth and happiness of our team.
