Free Social Apptivism Event Happening Tuesday!

By Mary / Jan 15, 2015

Our Social Apptivism event is just around the corner!

We’ll be gathering technologists, entrepreneurs and community heroes that are using apps and messaging to change the way social change and care happen, on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 5:30 pm at Hotel 10.

Josh Robbins, a prominent HIV activist from Nashville, will be keynoting the event and share the story behind his recently launched HIV support app, ASK HIV. Taking an individualized approach to helping people affected by HIV/AIDS, ASK HIV is a modern take on the traditional hotline, that lets users message him via their mobile devices with any questions they have about HIV/AIDS. Josh has already helped dozens of newly afflicted people and is changing hearts and minds around the condition. Check out our interview with Josh!
