Finding the Heroes that Drive Digital Transformation

Despite being one of today’s most talked-about topics, digital transformation is not easy. In fact, upwards of 80 percent of companies fail to meet their digital transformation goals, while one in five executives say their companies’ efforts are a waste of time.

For digital transformation to work, companies need people with a unique set of super powers: foresight, persuasion, tenacity—and that’s just the beginning. It also requires people to take risks, to go above and beyond, to advocate for new technology and processes that can take longer to show ROI than the C-suite or a board of directors may like.
