AppDirect's Response to Coronavirus COVID-19

As the novel coronavirus COVID-19 continues to impact communities around the globe, our thoughts are with those that have been affected. In challenging times like these, we know that clear communication is essential, which is why we want to detail the specific actions AppDirect is taking to help encourage the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders. 

At AppDirect, our top priority is to take every necessary action to help ensure a safe, effective response. To that end, we are closely monitoring statements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities in the countries where we operate—such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States—to direct our policies and planning.

Based on this guidance, we have suspended domestic and international employee travel until further notice, and are encouraging employees to work from home. As such, we are ensuring that our cloud infrastructure remains robust and we continue to rely on our best-in-class, globally distributed workforce to maintain our operations.

For our customers, this means that we are still here to support you in whatever way we can. While we will not be able to travel to meet you, AppDirect is a distributed organization that is highly proficient at collaborating remotely. Our standard way of working together across our global teams will allow us to continue to deliver the highest quality service. We are also helping our customers provide tools—such as collaboration, unified communications, and productivity suites—that their customers can use to facilitate remote work.

We are constantly monitoring the latest information about COVID-19 and are adjusting our policies and plans accordingly.
